1. Ownership of Work
All projects remain the property of PCM Steel & Wood Fabrications until full payment has been received and cleared in our account.
2. Quotations and Estimates
All quotations are provided as estimates only. Final invoices may vary depending on actual work performed, materials used, and any changes requested by the client.
Quotations are valid for five (5) days from the date of issue and only if the entire quotation is accepted.
3. Payment Terms
A 70% deposit of the quoted amount is required upfront before any work will commence.
The remaining 30% balance must be settled upon completion, before delivery or collection.
Unless prior written arrangements have been made, projects will only begin once the 70% deposit has been received.
Payments are accepted via electronic bank transfer (EFT) or cash.
Please note: ATM cash deposits incur a R50 service fee.
PCM Steel & Wood Fabrications is not a VAT-registered entity. All prices exclude VAT.
4. Returns, Claims, and Cancellations
No returns or claims will be accepted after seven (7) days from the date of invoice.
A 15% handling fee applies to any approved returns.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned once production has begun.
5. Late Payments
Accounts not settled within seven (7) days of invoice will attract interest at 15.5% per month until payment is received in full.
6. Service Rights
PCM Steel & Wood Fabrications reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at any time, for any reason.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quotation or submitting any project to PCM Steel & Wood Fabrications, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
